{"id":17204,"date":"2019-09-05T17:13:26","date_gmt":"2019-09-05T15:13:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.univ-larochelle.fr\/?page_id=17204"},"modified":"2019-09-16T10:20:57","modified_gmt":"2019-09-16T08:20:57","slug":"collecting-your-degree-certificate","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.univ-larochelle.fr\/en\/training\/admission-enrolment-and-studies\/schooling\/collecting-your-degree-certificate\/","title":{"rendered":"Collecting your degree certificate"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>If you would like to collect your degree certificate from La Rochelle Universit\u00e9 :<\/h2>\n<p>Please come to the \u201cService des Etudes et de la Vie Etudiante\u201d (SEVE) at the Technoforum with your ID.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_message message_box_color=&#8221;warning&#8221;]Note : Your student card is not considered proof of identity.[\/vc_message][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>If you would like someone else to collect your degree certificate :<\/h2>\n<p>The mandated person has to go to the \u201cService des Etudes et de la Vie Etudiante\u201d (SEVE) with the following documents :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.univ-larochelle.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/pdf\/Procuration_Retrait_Diplome_\u00e0_remplir.pdf\">A proxy (PDF)\u00a0<\/a><\/li>\n<li>a legible photocopy of your identity document (front and back),<\/li>\n<li>their own ID<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>If you would like the university to send your degree to a foreign country :<\/h2>\n<p>You have to send the following documents to the SEVE :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An A4 envelop, with an 11\u20ac stamp, with your name, surname and address for a registered letter<\/li>\n<li>A letter indicating your address, your degree course and the year of graduation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>If you would like the university to send your degree to an address in France:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>An A4 envelop with a 6.5\u20ac stamp, with your name, surname and address for a registered letter (NB: date stamps are not accepted)<\/li>\n<li>A letter indicating your address, your degree course and the year of graduation. You should allow 1 month for delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Collecting your \u201cDEUG\u201d (Bac+2) and your Master\u2019s Degree (Bac+4) :<\/h2>\n<p>You have to send the following documents to SEVE:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An A4 envelop with a 6.5\u20ac stamp, with your name, surname and address for a registered letter (NB: date stamps are not accepted)<\/li>\n<li>A letter indicating your address, your degree course and the year of graduation.
