She will work with you to find solutions and will be there to support you.<\/p>\n<h2>PERSONALIZED SUPPORT<\/h2>\n<p>Our social workers can provide you with information, support and referrals to the appropriate services and professionals to help you meet your needs and overcome your difficulties.<\/p>\n<p>They are also available to answer any questions you may have concerning access to rights, housing, food aid schemes or applications for social grants.
