This partnership guarantees coordinated care, with a focus on prevention, protection and support.<\/p>\n<h2>Preventing and reacting to violence<\/h2>\n<p>Faced with a situation of violence, harassment or discrimination:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Say no, get out of the silence<\/li>\n<li>Report it, or report the facts as a witness<\/li>\n<li>Don&#8217;t remain isolated<\/li>\n<li>Show solidarity<\/li>\n<li>React without delay: evidence can be difficult to establish over time<\/li>\n<li>Let those around you know about the University&#8217;s listening relay service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How to report a case?<\/h3>\n<p>Whether you are a victim or a witness, you can <strong>contact the studiant listening relay in complete confidentiality.<\/strong> It is staffed by <strong>trained professionals<\/strong> who are bound by <strong>medical confidentiality<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A doctor<\/li>\n<li>A social worker<\/li>\n<li>A nurse<\/li>\n<li>A psychologist<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_btn title=&#8221;Contact the studiant listening relay&#8221; style=&#8221;custom&#8221; custom_background=&#8221;#1e73be&#8221; custom_text=&#8221;#ffffff&#8221; align=&#8221;center&#8221; i_icon_fontawesome=&#8221;far fa-hand-point-up&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221; button_block=&#8221;true&#8221; add_icon=&#8221;true&#8221; link=&#8221;url:mailto%3Arelaisdecouteetudiant%40univ-lr.fr|title:listening%20and%20support%20relay|target:_blank&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3>What happens next?<\/h3>\n<p>As soon as we receive your report, the relay undertakes to :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responding within 72 hours (excluding periods when the establishment is closed)<\/li>\n<li>Listening to you, welcoming you and directing you to the appropriate services<\/li>\n<li>Providing you with a written response<\/li>\n<li>Informing you of the steps you can take<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If the facts are serious and established, a report may be forwarded to the Public Prosecutor&#8217;s Office, in accordance with article 40 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, with your information and agreement whenever possible.<\/p>\n<p>Administrative or disciplinary decisions are the responsibility of the President of the University.<\/p>\n<h2>A collective commitment<\/h2>\n<p>Thanks to the <strong>agreement signed<\/strong> in 2025, La Rochelle Universit\u00e9 can rely on a network of partners to ensure coordinated, responsive care:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reporting incidents to the Public Prosecutor&#8217;s Office<\/li>\n<li>Referral to CIDFF 17, an association specializing in the reception and support of victims<\/li>\n<li>Systematic information for victims on their rights and possible remedies<\/li>\n<li>Close cooperation with Crous, the national police, the gendarmerie, the rectorat and the prefecture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the event of<strong> proven false reporting<\/strong>, disciplinary and\/or legal action may be taken.
