Its aim is <strong>to stimulate training and research systems <\/strong>by \u201csupporting the implementation of a long-term development policy for own resources, based on the strategy of higher education and research institutions (ESR)\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The aim of the ASDESR call for projects is therefore to help ESRs increase their resources to launch new projects thanks to the additional resources obtained. This call for projects was designed to support two areas, among them lifelong and professional training, European funding, heritage promotion and patronage.<\/p>\n<p>The university has been awarded the sum of \u20ac2 617\u202f876 for its ExcelLR\u2019H project by the French National Agency for Research (ANR), out of a total budget of \u20ac200 million and for a period of 9 years, in order to<strong> develop the field of lifelong and professional training as well as that of European funds.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"fragment-0-xfvd\"><\/div>\n<h3>Brief overview of the project<\/h3>\n<p>The ExcelLR\u2019H project is fully in line with the university\u2019s strategy, given its transformation process based on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.univ-larochelle.fr\/en\/university\/our-vision\/specialised-research-on-smart-urban-coastal-sustainability\/\">specialisation of its research in Smart Urban Coastal Sustainability<\/a> and the leadership of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eu-conexus.eu\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EU-CONEXUS European University.<\/a> Its aim is to<strong> provide the institution with the necessary resources for the long-term development of structuring projects that embody its transformation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The project, developed in partnership with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnrs.fr\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">French National Centre for Scientific Research<\/a> (CNRS), will strengthen the areas of lifelong learning and European funding, which are essential to the university\u2019s influence at both local and European level.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_cta h2=&#8221;&#8221; color=&#8221;black&#8221; add_icon=&#8221;top&#8221; i_icon_fontawesome=&#8221;far fa-id-card&#8221; i_color=&#8221;black&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Call for projects: <\/strong>ASDESR<\/li>\n<li><strong>Acronym:<\/strong> ExcelLR\u2019H<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration: <\/strong>9 years<\/li>\n<li><strong>Budget: <\/strong>\u20ac2.6 million<\/li>\n<li><strong>Partners:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnrs.fr\/fr\/page-daccueil\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CNRS<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_cta][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-44865\" src=\"https:\/\/www.univ-larochelle.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/png\/Logotype-rouge-bleu-300x294.png\" alt=\"Logo France 2030\" width=\"138\" height=\"135\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-60216\" src=\"https:\/\/www.univ-larochelle.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/ANR-logo-2021-sigle.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"132\" height=\"50\" \/><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">This project was funded by a French government grant managed by the French National Agency for Research under the France 2030 programme (ANR-22-ASDR-0019).<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator border_width=&#8221;2&#8243;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>ACTIVITIES CONCERNED<\/h2>\n<p>The development of two activities (lifelong learning and European funds) will enable the institution to expand its relations with academic and social and economic actors, both at local and European level.<\/p>\n<h3>Activity 1: Lifelong Learning<\/h3>\n<p>The Lifelong Learning section will be strengthened by seven positions, with the recruitment of two training engineers (who will be responsible for developing course programmes), three development officers, one marketing manager and one training assistant. These reinforcements will enable the creation of lifelong learning programmes in relation to the social and economic world. The aim is to provide training on four themes (coastline, environmental transition, digital transition and innovation). These courses will also be developed in close cooperation with the school\u2019s research laboratories.<\/p>\n<h3>Activity 2: European funds<\/h3>\n<p>The European funds section will be allocated three additional European project engineers.
