Be sure to check out the welcome booklet for doctoral students at La Rochelle Université.

  • Training and skills development

By centralizing all training offerings for the research community provided by La Rochelle University and partner training organizations on a dedicated intranet page updated weekly.

  • Career Support

Through one-on-one meetings with the public—particularly young researchers—the organization of events related to the professional integration of PhD holders, and support and assistance with administrative procedures (such as tenure, HDR, etc.).

The initiatives of the Research Talent and Skills Unit are fully aligned with the institution’s Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R), which aims for the continuous improvement of working conditions for researchers at our University.
